Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!

Tenveo just wrapped up an incredible team-building event, and how happy it was! From challenging activities to moments of laughter and camaraderie, our team strengthened bonds and developed skills that will help us excel together.

Our Shenzhen headquater team hosted the group building event at the xunliao bay bathing beach. We gathered at the beach and played some energetic team ice breaking games against the sea breeze. We quickly got to know each other and established a tacit understanding. This is followed by group challenges, including beach tug-of-war, team relay and beach motorcycle. Each group was creative and teamwork, and the beach was filled with laughter and cheers. At noon, we enjoyed a sumptuous lunch on the beach, tasted the local seafood, and further narrowed the distance between each other in a cozy atmosphere.

Our colleagues in Xi 'an Branch organized a challenging mountain group building activity, allowing everyone to explore themselves in nature and enhance mutual understanding. Early in the morning, everyone gathered at the foot of the mountain with enthusiasm, with full energy and expectations, and began our mountaineering journey.

In the process of climbing, each colleague has played a great team spirit. In the face of steep slopes and complex sections, we encouraged each other, supported each other, and made every step more firm. Along the way, we also carried out group tasks, such as field navigation and orienteering, which not only tested everyone's physical strength, but also made everyone have a tacit understanding in the process of solving problems. 

At the moment of the summit, facing the refreshing mountain wind, overlooking the magnificent scenery, everyone took a group photo together to record this hard-won victory. Lunch is then shared at the top of the mountain and a relaxing time in nature is enjoyed with smiles on everyone's faces.

This group building not only let everyone relax, but also enhance the feelings between colleagues, so that we are more united. With full of positive energy and new passion, we will devote ourselves to the future work and create more value for the company!
